They helped me fix a big collar problem, on the weekend, over the phone, on the spot, while I was way down down deep in the river, in the marsh, by air boats, With a huge hunting party, where other boats could not go and during a big hunt!

I was supplying all the hounds and everyone was waiting on me! You feeling me!!!!

One of the women on the other end of the phone calmed me down, worked with me, and hooked me up till the problem was taken care of and all my collars were on line and working on the spot, real time till I was good.

Man they treat me like family!..... Needless to say..... they got all my little business!!!!

Great God fearing and God loving , Born Again Christian people...Like it or believe it or not.....that is the reason for the outstanding , treat you like family service.

They just don't come any better that. We are all lucky (Blessed) to have Godly people like that to do our dog business with.

My collars were looking pretty rough, and I tried a new supplier (Okie Dog Supply) for the girls new necklaces. My order came in, and on two of the 8 name plates, my phone number was not correct. I called about the best way to remove the rivets. I was going to replace the plates with the ones from my old collars. The owner would not hear of that, he re-made the messed up items, and sent a pair of extra name plates to put on the ones that came in messed up. I told him that it was no big deal and he didn't have to replace anything, but he insisted. This was beyond my expectations and I wanted to share with you all.

Hey Mat! Yes sir - we sure did botch those plates. And I'm so sorry. We did find out what happened and so that was addressed. It can be hard to remove those plates since we use a press and we don't want you ever disappointed - or to struggle to try to 'tear out' rivets. No way! We try to be perfect every time outta the gate, but sometimes we miss it - and when we do, we wanna make it right FAST!

We appreciate you letting us have the opportunity to make it right. It was awesome talking to you and thank you so much for being so understanding. And...I'd love for you to text me a pic of the dogs in their new necklaces....we'll add it to the website! :0)

I want to thank you all for the kindness and support and encouragement. 2020 has been...a year! Scratch that - a year and a half! We've made some strides with the new website and are learning more new things and love hearing from you all. Every day is a new adventure and new stories from so many. You all are just amazing and it's so awesome to get to go in and do something that we know will help make this season the best for you and your dogs. Just learned today of a friend who finally got to go run his dogs after a rough time with back surgery. I bought coats, hats,vests,chaps,and t-shirts from them over the past. Dealt with them this summer on some backordered items. I like the fact that I would call them and get no answer but within seconds Mike was calling back. Lots of places here in PA I could shop but cant beat them. Top Notch!

 

I bought a new alpha 200i last night from you guys!! I’m am so excited about it. Usually purchase from Gundogs but since y’all are on here and have been recommended by these great guys I decided to change to you all! Looking forward to trying out this new product of Garmin.

Okie is a great place to buy and they are extremely customer oriented. So is Harris. Either place will do a good job for you. I have used both and had first class service.
