I sold some puppies to a guy from Florida a few years ago, and have had inquiries from others there. I would imagine the northern part of Florida should be great rabbit hunting. I would not risk hunting in the snakes and alligators to the south. I know the foxhound guys have great hunting in the northern third of the state.

 

Man you aint gonna get away from the snakes and the gators by staying in North Florida.Diamondbacks,Timber Rattlers,Cottonmouths and Copperheads along with the gators who are pretty much a nonfactor for the rabbit hunter are just part of hunting in this part of the country.But as far as a trip is concerned If you have access to some property just wait till the weather cools and come on and get after it.
