It’s liable to be a hilarious thread.
For a while I had three males named Ham, Beans, and Cornbread. Pretty funny. My two derbies from this year are Mustang Sally and LT Olivia (goes by “Lou”.... for all you Law and Order fans lol)
I think that's great! Thanks for responding to this ridiculous thread. Lol!

Well, my daughters picked out the names as pups. Melon, peach, pumpkin, soon to be kiwi.

Back in the day when I wore the pants in the house, ( when I was single) my meat hounds where King aka 1 eye, had he eye ripped out while hunting , got it caught in a old bob wire fence ,Trooper, dog 1, dog 2, and stubby. Stubby had his tail bit off by a muskrat when he was 7 months old, he fought it in the swamp the brought it to me .

I’ll give this a go. Foxhound and beagle pack people believe ours are hounds, so we never refer to them as “dogs”. Also, they are not people, so they get hound names instead of people names. (I do have one named Timothy, but that’s a type of weed/grass). I name all of mine using the first two letters of the name of one of their parents, making it much easier to remember what they are out of.

So I currently have Timber, Biker, Rooster, Billygoat, Marshall, Timothy, Dancer, Rowdy, Tiger, Moonwalker, Moonshine, Blossom, Magpie, Marble, Birdwing, Rosebud, Royal, Robin, Biddy, Bitternut, Birdseed, Matchless, and Storm.

I am down a little in numbers right now!
