My buddy made some rabbit sausage for me. Ill let you all know how it is

Turn out great. Used the Italian sweet sausage recipe. I did it in peppers onions, fresh Italian bread, came out great!!!

That looks really good!!!
Tonight it was a couple bacon wrapping wood duck breasts over dirty rice. Had backstrap tacos the other night which was good also.

I boiled, pressure cooked 7 rabbits, pulled meat off bone, put in zip lock bag and gave to my buddy. He did his typical venison recipe for sausage and this came out . Its great!! I encourage all to try

I have been considering trying to make rabbit sausage and you have just made up my mind. Now all I need is your friends address 😃

We make rabbit summer sausage. We just debone everything but the front legs. Normally we take bout 10 or 12 lbs of rabbit then 3 or 4 lbs of pork. Mix in the seasoning and stuff into casings. Then the uncle smokes it
I just need 7 dead rabbits....

I wrap my duck breast in bacon also. Have you tried them on the grill? They are so good.
Now you have me thinking.... I might just unthaw some.

Yea I always grill them unless I leave the skin on and sear in a cast iron skillet
