I have the following dogs for sale:
Dog #1 - J&J's Easy B Laroue DOB: 8/10/16 13" BWT
Sire: NGBC FCGD Rapid Run Big Easy B
Dam: FCGD J&J's Roll On Roxy
Breeder: Dwight Jacobs

I have owned this dog for almost one year. I have run her about three times. I was NOT impressed. She is not strong on hunt, flat medium speed, she might have a little more foot if packed with stronger running dogs, all else is about normal from what I saw. I bought her to raise pups off of. I had planned to breed her to NSPC FCGD Old Hatchie's Nate The Great. You can look at him in the February 2021 H&H on page 9. I chose him because they have similar bred hounds in their pedigree and I feel that Nate will add some of the things the pups will need to trial. She will pack with other dogs and would be fine for hunting. She can be bought for $400. Her pedigree is full of great hounds that produce - Chicken, Pro, Smokey, Otis, Black Jack, and Flat Lands Cody.

Dog #2 - L&C"S Bred Rite She's A Dandy DOB: 10/10/19 13" Tri Colored
Sire: FCGD Still's Wipeout Ringo
Dam: Boyd Valley's Tweetle Dee
Breeders: Norris Baker and Derrick Cochran
I have owned this little female since July 2020. I was told that she was started but I have never tried to run her. Again, I bought her for her bloodline and planned to run her in some derby trials. Her pedigree is full of excellent hounds like Black Jack, Otis, Thorn Gap Bad Jack. Chicken, Pro, Cocoa Bear, Batman, Greenwoods Playboy and Short's Line Boss. With a pedigree like hers you can probably go in any direction with a stud dog. I will take $300 for her. That is puppy price. In fact they are both priced much lower than normal because I haven't seen them run and I would not over price a dog for my personal gain. In fact I gave $1000 for these two dogs.

I think most of you know my story but here it is again. Because of medical problems I had to sell out, farm and all. I made some improvement health wise and thought I could have dogs and run again but it didn't happen. I teamed up with a friend who has kennels. I cannot have them where I live. My days of running and trialing dogs are finished.

I have papers in hand with both dogs and they come with a pedigree. No pictures but these dogs are built well and in good health. I can travel a short distance to meet someone. I live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and I can be reached at 615 390 1776. No tire kickers please and I don't have a place to run them. Laroue will run and tracks might make her better. Again, I have not seen Dandy run but I bought her as a started dog. If she has to be started again it shouldn't matter because she is being sold at puppy price.

Mr. Dunn, Your story sounds like my story. Reading your post on the two dogs for sale had me thinking it surely will be my story in the future. I keep plugging at it hoping next year will be better, but doesn't seem to happen. I had two 2021 derbies, had hopes on running a few derby trials, but hopes are gone. I couldn't run them so gave them away. Now I should of learnt my lesson, but have two babies right now in hopes that maybe I can run them in preparing for their derby year!!! I don't own a farm to sell, but have more to maintain then I physically should be. I should downsize in all aspects, but want to keep my dogs. I have a smaller farm tractor which I hang on to in hopes that I can plant my usual garden, but I have been reducing it in size every year. Since my wife passed away I don't have the motivation. She would praise everything I brought in from the garden, even if it was the ugliest thing I produced. Last year I wasn't going to plant a garden, but was motivated by family and friends to continue. I had more then I could even give away. I am undecided about a garden this year. Puppies, I hope I can get to start them and maybe run them in the future.

Believe it or not, your add still gives me temptation to purchase, even if I just gave my two derbies away!!! Beagles are addictive LOL!!!!

I have nothing but admiration for both of you guys, Mr Dunn and Mr Taylor. We will all be forced with these decisions in the future. Age and health have a way of depicting our decisions and lifestyles. Mr Dunn if I ever get over your way I will holler and take you to run dogs somewhere. Mr Taylor same goes for you and hope to run with you someday. My Uncle told me several years ago when he had to give it up because of health issues, Old beaglers never quit, they hear beagles run in their dreams and they continue to pass their knowledge onto younger generations and try to keep the sport alive!

LaRoue is gone. She is headed to be with Bella and the 14 year old boy who wanted another dog. The owner of Bella sent me a short video of her running in the snow. The boy and his Dad, who is a really nice man, are well pleased with Bella. I think they will be happy with LaRoue a well.

As far as Dandy is concerned, who ever buys her at $300, make your check out to the rabbithunt 2021 fund and mail it to TJ. I have decided to donate it to the fund so that maybe a lot of kids will benefit from it. TJ, I hope this is ok. When the check is cashed the buyer and I will make arrangements for he/she can pick her up.

I had a message left on my phone from a man who was interested in the dogs. With the great wisdom I have about technology I erased his message accidently and don't know how to get back to him. My only hope is that he reads this response and sees that they are already taken. I don't want him to think I didn't appreciate his response. I certainly feel he was due a return call. SORRY.
