i have a nice female i want to get a litter from. Her pappy is Hi Lonesome Big Mike, off Charter n Bad Bottom Maggie, her mammy is off Bushwacker n Clear Creek Abby. She’s as nice a bitch as i’ve had the pleasure ta gun over, should come in between now n the end of feb. I’d like to breed her to a straight weircreek male that straddles the track or somethin similar to her breeding that may throw chocolate or red n white. Color dont run a rabbit, its a want not a need! I live in Kentwood La. , anybody close with a similar bred stud? Stud fee pic of the litter or cash, whatever suits you

I've got a male whose dam is directly out of Short's Palo and Black Bayou Belle. Big nose and straight up the middle. He had multiple red and white littermates. Multiple red and white full brothers and sisters from the litter before him. He's getting some age on him. I'm about two hours from Kentwood.
Sounds good buddy, my buddy Steve Heurtin has bred a couple to him if im not mistaken, is he the big red male off Bull? If so, he’s thrown some nice dogs, thats what im lookin for, my picture of my female didnt post, but i’ll send u a pic of her.

I used to have FC Bad Bottom Maggie II sire..... Oscars Pot Luck BO and her dam...... Z's Molly.

I started all the bitches out of the litter with Charter for Mike. (3) of those bitches finished and a fourth died needing a win and had a ton of places.

These were sure enough Rabbit Dogs that could trial at any level. They HUNTED and not Grass HUNT....Real HUNT. I shot a lot of rabbits over he bitches and literally cried when they died.

There are several good big males around here that are direct decedents out of these hounds that are FC's..... big males that can stroke dn do it all.

I killed a lot of rabbits with ole Pot Luck BO for many years. I ran and hunted with Charlie, Rip and Grab A Line MAGGIE, Mr. Jugs Nellie, Z's Reba and many others.

Grab A Line Maggie was one of the hardest hunting bitches and best jump dogs I ever seen. As Tuff and a game a hound as ever lived.

Hard Time Cry Baby and Lee Creek Rose were sisters. Cry Baby is in Hawks pedigree. Lot of old Gay blood behind them dogs real heavy on the bottom side.

They mixed the Decker, T-Boy and TJ dogs with black ace dogs to get Hawk. The did something a similar with a little different twist on the bottom to get Charter.
Go look at Bayou Wikoff Bucks pedigree. They bred Buck Oak River Stacy...Deckers littermate sister. Richie owned Stacy she was one of the nicest big bitches I ever saw. Mike Necaise said her ran her down to a brace in the Nationals with Mr. Teddy Atkins Teds Sunshine Goldie bitch.

You already k now this but if you breed the Correct Dogs and Proper Quality of dog.....not paper...….to what you have you will never need dogs for the rest of your life.
