weebly.com
we used it for our first site. pretty easy.
it even walks you through it.
heres a link to my old site.
and it is alot easyer to use than my new one.
which a friend made it for me.

Go Daddy has a site builder but Ive never used it before.

One thing Id suggest is to buy your own domain name.

Theyll usually show up in search engines better if you do that instead of having a hosting company in front of it.
