If you keep reaching you will take hold at some point and you will be a success, an inventor, you will be in your own club, you will be your own leader and you won't be riding on someone’s else’s wagon singing their old sad songs that you don't even like anymore!
I think you are going to surprise yourself if you stay the course and breed the next generation or two and don't quit......It may really be something worth the effort!

Riding on someone else’s band wagon or playing the game of follow the leader.... especially if no one knows who the leader actually is or where they are going......is a very stifling, miserable, un-rewarding, un-creative boring, non-exciting, dead end place ....to get hung up and stuck in life....Hard to get excited when you’re always doing what someone else already done and trying to call that success and happiness!
