Is he running or just started? Good looking dog

I would consider him somewhere in the middle. He was ran in a training pen for two weeks and got started. He has been ran with my pack probable a dozen times. Twice I have turned him out in the hay pasture by himself he ran a rabbit both time by himself. I feel like I could go kill a few rabbits with just him but why I never hunt my dogs by themselves to me its a team effort. Sometime I may only run 3-4. I do not consider him a finished dog. He is collar broke.

Just turned 2 end of January I’m in MA he can run his own had him in hare last week stayed for 6 hrs with the pack till we pulled em out
