Epi and I went on a quick hunt close to home. First rabbit was jumped within 5 minutes. After that we walked and walked dogs worked good but it was an hour before we jumped another. Then we jumped a couple as we headed back to the truck. Dogs lost 2 and Epi harvested 3. I never got but one shot off and I missed. We only hunted a couple hours, we had to meet friends in the city for supper so only hunted in the morning.

No swamps here! We have areas of thick cover, but not entire landscapes of it. I wish I could have all of you here. I would love to get together and let you run here in n KS.
