Please read about the T20/TT25 and Alpha 300/300i

So we've already been told alot of misinformation is circling social media. So, we'll start disspelling some of that:
1) the mini tt15 ARE discontinued
2) Garmin will STILL service minis that go down - albeit, you may have to wait awhile
3) Minis, Full Size, 15X/5X collars are all compatible with the 300/300i and the T20 and TT25 are compatible with Alpha 100/200/200i
4) The charging cord is NOT the same for the T20 and TT25
5) There is NO short flex band for the T20 or TT25. This was something originally planned but is currently on hold
6) Yes, the T20 and TT25 WILL fit a small beagle - BUT, for our dogs (pictured on the website and social media), we did have to thread the collar differently - but it fit them just fine.
7) The Alpha 100 is discontinued - but still serviceable by Garmin; Garmin will and does honor all warranty and currently, at this time, all non-warranty work/repairs/refurbs
8) There is NO MINI VERSION of the T20 or TT25. There is ONE collar - hereby called a 'universal collar' that takes a 1" collar strap.
9) Charging clips are different for the T20 and TT25 than the ones used for Mini or Full size collars on the market previously.
10) If purchasing an extended battery pack, and you intend to leave it on the dog device full time, you will have to buy an extended charging clip for it to charge. Think of the battery pack like the old days of TriTronics when you changed the receiver battery which was part of the main receiver - it's very similar - a few screws and it pops away as a sealed unit - much like TriTronics.

Can you only get one color on the lights per collar or does a collar have multiple collars to use?

Is the new T20 and TT25 siE different? Reason the TT15 are to large for beagles atleqst my beagles I bought one and exchange it when the tt15mini were on back order...which 1 is smaller on the T20 are the Tt25?

They are the same size.They are going for a one size fits all.ha.Not sure how thats gonna work out .Not a issue with large dogs,it will be smaller than a tt15 for them.I was told tt25 is slightly larger than the mini 15.

The tt25 is just now being sent out.Maybe your seeing reviews on the tt15x they released a little while back.I think there were problems with it at first.

Yes. All T or TT collars are compatible with the 300 and 300i.

Jake - there's not a way the TT25 or T20 have had bad reviews yet because they are not released to mass market. We did work with the collars ourselves - and we compared to both the original T5, TT15 and the X models (TT15X and T5X) and they worked very well. We were able to stay connected for a slightly longer range with the new model on both the beagles and the squirrel dogs. So, just be careful about what you read. Because model numbers are so similar, it's easy to get them mixed up. Also, some people just like to be negative or have a motive....but we so liked the TT25 and the T20, that we are switching our kennel collars over once the collars arrive. The ability to do more self-repair is worth it alone!

Yes - the T20 and TT25 are the same size to each other
NO - the T20 and TT25 are NOT the same size as the TT15, TT15X, T5, T5X or Mini TT15 or Mini T5
Yes - the T20 and TT25 take a 1" collar

The T20 and TT25 are: 1) Smaller side to side than the TT15mini; 2) slightly deeper front to back than the TT15mini and 3) about 1/4" (almost) shorter (top to bottom) than the tt15mini

When we worked with the collars, straight out of the box - we could not fit the collar with the included Garmin collar strap on our Beagle Tex, who is 13 1/8" tall. However, we switched it out with a collar strap we make at Okie Dog Supply and it was NO PROBLEM. See the pics attached. Tex is wearing the collar with an Okie Dog collar strap. The last pic is of one of our squirrel dogs, Stormi. He is an atomic feist. He is 14 1/2" tall, 17 pounds and thin built. He wears a smaller size collar around than Tex. As you can see, with the Okie Dog collar strap on, Stormi has no issue wearing the TT25.

Thanks Okie really appreciate the pics I haven't seen any in person just hear everyone talking about them...I have alot tt15 mini all my beagles 13" or less some 12". Guess I keep running what I have and m a key change when I have collar go down.. Had a friend go buy about 10 tt15mini when he heard they were discounted them..l did go and buy 2 backup back in Jan 23... it's hard to chg out if u have 15 collars that's alot of money.. I know when the mini were on backorder I did buy tt15 it was to larger for my beagles I send back and they send new mini when they came available..Thx again Okie....BJ

Thank you Mike for all your assist and support. I text with Wilkins Outdoors and he expalin and showed me pics which help he said the TT25 track and train and would fit smaller beagles and have longer battery life...BJ Beagles

I can do the same and also sent pics. Be happy to assist when you're ready to buy. It will fit smaller beagles BUT, the collar strap has to be changed around. The longer battery life is contingent on use and settings.
