How do you guys keep track of your shots for your dogs? Or do you just do them all at the same time every year?

I keep a log on every hound I have ever owned. Use to just use 3x5 cards, then the computer, now I use this log book.
But I do all of them the same time, if I get a new hound, it gets quarantined and all shots before going to my main kennels.K9 Records

I hung a small chalk board in my kennel. Wrote down the dates when I needed to treat for worms, etc. Every day as I fed I could see what needed to be done.

For me it's always January. Starting the year off with 9 way vaccine, all purposes PPO wormer, then when temps rise I add evermican warmer.

Vet sends me a notice on rabies shots then I call him and he does it all

I have folder for each dog with their Reg. papers, pedigree, list of shots and when due next, receipt of their Rabies vaccine, and when to worm. Also track heart worm when given. When females come into heat or when they should come in. JMO

I also put on the calendar when I gave heart worm medication, fill out months ahead for their next worming. The information is all in the folder in a file cabinet. I keep all the information even on dogs that were sold or deceased.
I need to start a log on my hunts a little better with pictures, dates time and weather conditions , I have been a little lax at that. JMO

as does mine. I still have a calendar with just that and heat cycles

I use a calendar and put in my kennel notebook. Vet gave me a box of stickers I put on dates as reminders then I enter whatever I did on each dog sheet. Keep history of everything including heat cycles, breedings,shots, meds, weights every 3 months and anything else related to that dog. I then can look back and see if Ihad any issues or how it was corrected. The older I get the more I rely on it.
