We haven’t had the TV on all day but just watched the news and just seen on our nightly news that there was a deliberate RV bomb that went off in Nashville this morning, that’s terrible, people are crazy nowadays. 3 people injured & they said 1 of those were critical and they also believe there are human remains from the driver of the RV. Prayers for everyone & their families in and around the city of Nashville that were affected by this. I was in close proximity when the bombing occurred in Oklahoma City years ago it was definitely a devastating tragedy

You have to be aware of your surroundings and be prepared for anything and everything. When you go into a store or business be aware of the exits, if something happens everyone is going to the main exit, not me I going out the other seldom used exits. JMO
A good friend of mine helped get people out of the Oklahoma bombing. Terry Nichols and Tim McVay were in Deckerville which is about 20-25 miles from my home town. Nichols grew up there.

I have always been like that . I think that I prevent my dad’s gas station from being robbed once . All 3 of us were in the office a little before closing and a suspicious acting guy walks in asking questions that made us more suspicious . I walked out of the office and got the double barrel shotgun that was in the stockroom . He couldn’t see that I had it but that sure made him uneasy about what I was doing , he kept looking to see what I was doing and then left . My dad said let’s close now . At the time his was the only business in the area that hadn’t been robbed and that included the bank .

Nope, I always face the door. You are correct in doing that. I also carry everyday. It is a little .380 mouse gun. But I always have it on.

The nightly news reported some progress in finding the one/ones responsible. They have traced the vehicle back to being seen in a driveway about 12 miles from where it was exploded. They are not putting out too much but have pretty much traced it down to one individual. You wont get a lot of info until an arrest has been made.

My Faith is strong and I also believe that God protects His children but I also believe He gives us wisdom and discernment and in today’s time of crazy lunatics running around , I believe He gave me the wisdom to carry. Churches are even being shot up because they are considered soft targets, what a surprise they will get if they barge into Our Church. God has commanded us to take care of our families not only by providing food, housing and spiritual guidance but protection. I always face an entrance, survey my surroundings and teach personal safety /defense to my friends and family! God help us in this radically changing world.

A minister taught my conceal carry class . He was carrying also . We also had a older woman in the class that had a old 4” revolver like Barney Fife’s and she was a good shot with it .

I just saw on the news that another rural county not far from me had a home invasion and the woman was shot and killed . The husband exchanged gunfire with the 2 criminals and they fled . The police caught up with them and there was a high speed car chase . The trooper rammed the car , stopping it and one of criminals killed him self . The other is in custody . They reported that they had done some work at the house before and new what they wanted .

Yep, it’s a crazy world, and evil is everywhere. I worked as a small town police officer for several years. If people actually knew what is actually going on in their communities, and their surrounding areas, no one would ever leave home without being armed. And everyone would have a firearm at home ready to deploy. I had no clue how bad things actually are until I did that. It is eye opening for sure.

Just waiting to see when they are going to arrest the husband and Trooper for assaulting those poor men, they just wanted some stuff to sale. I am being facetious, but what I have seen on the National news in the last year nothing would surprise me.
