This is a bad time of year to look for pups. Most hunters wont breed for pup because they don't want the dam to be tied up with pups instead of being able to use her in hunting season.

Yeah I figured! Had my hands on a beautiful red tick female pup not long ago but we thought we were going to be relocating so we didn’t take that we decided to stay and I’m kicking myself in the ass.
