I fried up two real young half grown tender white swamp rabbits yesterday for lunch. I fried them juicy and tender. I ate both of them while I fried my wife a crawfish platter full of ten 8 inch long grown swamp rabbit backstraps she loves those.

I dry the meat off and season good then put them in plain flour with a little tiny bit of corn meal in it then deep fry juicy in hot oil.

Then I went in the house and started cooking a big rabbit gumbo for the week.

Thanks for posting that fine meal. I am hungry again.
