bI had emergency bypass on widowmaker artery at age 42 . Recovery was rougher than a pack of harehounds. Im 53 and doinfg fine as I can tell.. I was nervous as a cat for a couple years everytime I got indigestion. If you're body tells you something is wrong listen and act immediatley. That , the Good Lord and a gifted surgeon are what sve me. Prayers. and take it easier than they say while healing.

Rick you have been a friend for a long time (1999) and I can't say enough kind words for you. Of course those of us looking on can only pray and I am, and will continue, until you a completely and totally made whole. I lift up the surgeons and pray for steady hands and total recall of all stuff he/she learned in school and the ability the God gave for him/her to retain that knowledge. I pray for God to be with you and your family and give you peace as you go though this. I pray for a total recovery that can only make the man be in amazement at the power of God for His healing. Know that you are surrounded by family and a ton of friends to support you and lift you up. I pray this in the name above all other names Jesus Christ.

Please keep us informed and get get up and get back in the field and running your dogs.

Jim

Been having A Fib problems an my cardiologist has put me through 3 different tests. Today it was catheration. The procedure was hopefully to find out if I had any problems with blockage. Short lived as the surgeon explained to me that I had 3 80% blockages. Now scheduled for bypass surgery next Monday. Bad news is by pass surgery. Good news is discovered and hopefully fixed before I had a heart attack. I really liked to run in March so this March is gone but hopefully more future running. Say a prayer for me.
