Ok, here's some answers to some more questions we are getting:
1) TT25 is for Track and Train (TT= Track/Train)
2) T20 is for Track only - there is no vibration or tone on a track only collar
3) The Dynamic Update Rate: contrary to what is being posted on social media, the dynamic update rate extends battery life on the collar based on your dog's movements. It is a selectable rate, much like selecting 2.5second, 5 second, or 2 minute update rates for your dogs. You access the Dynamic rate from the Dog List on the 300 or 300i. Think of it more like Rescue Mode. You can select this for each dog you want to have on dynamic update rate - which means, some dogs could have it on and some won't if you don't select it. Also, this is NOT available (at this time) with the 200/200i/100 handheld models - only on the Alpha 300/300i.
4) The TT25 and T20 are using 1" collars. They are shorter side to side than the TT15mini, they are deeper front to back than the TT15mini. Unlike back in the days of the first TT10, the corners are ROUNDED not squared off. We had no issue with our dogs in the TT25 or T20 knocking their knees. Not even on Lucki who is just 11" tall and runs like the tazmanian devil on rabbits.
Hope this helps. We always look forward to hearing from you and your support of our small business.
