You can buy the three year vaccine through nite lite. but they want ship to some sates. I am assuming do to legality in those states. But You can buy it to give urself deffinatley if u live in arkansas.

Yes, they have to have one every year (or you did until this law came out) and you arent allowed to give it yourself.

You can buy it at the feed store bu it has to be given by a vet to be legal.
