Short sessions in the yard with a 20 or 30 ft. check cord has always worked real well for me.At

start with a little back yard work get a small rope 20 feet long tight on her and teacher to
down if she tries to run off step on the rope keep repeating this it should help last resort

Ive done it an the rabbit wasn't sick you just have to be able to keep pressure on it with
little or no checks.Didn't lock up many when I had Mid-West hounds.Switched to some that had a
