Forum Rules, Guidelines, and Policies was created to provide an online forum for people who own, breed, raise, train, or hunt with beagles to meet and discuss issues and topics.

It is a privately owned site so the use of it is a privilege and not a right.

The Administrators/Owners of offer membership in, and the use of, this message board to anyone who is willing to register, with no obligation and no charges or fees, as long as you are over the age of 13 due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Considering the real-time nature of this forum, it is impossible for us to review all the threads/posts or confirm the validity of information posted. We try to actively monitor the contents of posted messages but cannot be responsible for any message that is posted.

The popularity of the forum has necessitated a list of rules that all Members must adhere to:

Any post that contains material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, invasive of privacy, hateful, vulgar, obscene, profane, harmful, libelous, indecent, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable is subject to deletion and could lead to having your account suspended.

No profanity or vulgar language- This site is intended to be family friendly so please do not use profanity or vulgar language. Any post that contains profanity or vulgar language is subject to being edited or deleted without notice. This includes posts that try to circumvent the censors.

No sexual references, sexual innuendos, sexually explicit language or photographs, or illegal material- The posting or displaying of sexually explicit photos, jokes with a sexual content, adult related content, pornography, or any illegal material or links to it can, and most likely will, result in your removal from the forum permanently on the first offense.

No personal attacks-While debate and discussion are what this forum is designed for, we insist that you remain civil in your responses and not resort to personal attacks on an individual and this includes name calling. Try to understand that people from different areas and backgrounds often have different views on certain topics and subjects. This doesn't necessarily make their opinions wrong, it just makes their opinion different from yours. Treat others as you would want and expect them to treat you.

No slanderous or libelous posts-Posting slanderous, libelous, incorrect, misleading, inflammatory, or hazardous information is not allowed and will most likely result in removal from the forum permanently.

No multiple accounts- The creation of multiple accounts by a single user is not allowed.

Anyone openly arguing on the forum about the suspension of another personís account is subject to having his or her own account suspended.

It is illegal to harass or threaten someone. We take threats, harassment and stalking very seriously. Posts that might be construed as such will be deleted and made available to the proper law enforcement officials.


Moderators help manage the site and try to make sure that the rules are followed and help things run smoothly.

They come from different areas of the country and their opinions will vary just as the opinion of different Members will vary. They donít give up the right to express their personal opinion just because they become a Moderator. The thing to keep in mind is that unless itís a matter concerning management of the site their opinion is just that, their opinion, and it means no more or no less than anyone elseís.

You may or may not agree with them or decisions they make but Moderators are there for the general betterment of the community and should be afforded respect and courtesy.

If you have a problem with a Moderator or a decision they make, send a PM or mail to the Administrator. Do not discuss it on the main site!

Copyrighted Material

Posting of copyrighted material is prohibited. The use or posting of copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have prior consent is not allowed. You cannot legally post entire magazine or news articles in the forum without permission from the copyright holder. Even if you attribute the article correctly, it is still copyright infringement.

Copyright law does not care if you make any money off the work or not, what matters is if you hurt the potential income of the copyright holder.

Under Fair Use provisions, you can legally post a small abstract of an article - or perhaps the opening paragraph. If you want to post an article, you should do this and include a link, or just post the link. The exception to this rule is press releases; press releases are meant for distribution and can be copied and distributed as much as you want.

If you are not sure if you can copy something then always err on the side of caution and simply post a link to the material.

Information, including pictures, copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the member should not be posted on the discussion forums without the consent of the owner. If such an event occurs, the individual posting the information shall be held solely responsible.
