How many think that there pups they raise will need to be broke or taught to not run off game? Or pups they buy for that matter?

i would say about 94% of young dogs have to be broke off of trash jmho

The genetically trash proof line is BS.If you are feeding them rabbit tracks that may be all they take.But a good blooded hound is born with his nose to the ground and I assure you if left to his own devices he will find something to run.JMO

I had to break all of mine. Deer, fox, woodcock, and thats the trash that I saw. I had one track up a skunk at 3 months old. The skunk broke her of ever doing it again!!!HaHa.

I also think brains go a long way in not running trash. After one or two corrections a smart hound will learn rabbit and rabbit only.
